1- How can I find products?
Navigate to the product category you are looking for by clicking on the blue buttons at the top of this page.
2- How do I buy products?
Each product can be added to the cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" option on the product page. Once you have added the products you require to the cart, click on "Cart" button to view all products currently in the cart. You are then required to click on the "Checkout" tab and proceed with payment.
3- How do I register?

4- How can I pay my purchase?
At secondhandfurniture.com.au we offer a number of ways to pay for your purchase:
- PayPal: Paypal is one of the safest ways to make a payment over the internet because your details are never given to the merchant. Visit Paypal.com.au and register to use this service.
- Credit Card: Pay using Visa or Master Card. Complete the encrypted form thereby guaranteeing your security.
- Cash on Delivery: Want to pay in cash?. We deliver and you pay.
- Bank Deposit: Make a direct bank deposit.
- Cheque: Click this option and we will send you an invoice after which time you are required to forward a cheque within three working days or the item will be restocked and sold to another customer.
5- How can I cancel my purchase?
If you didn't yet pay your purchase you can request a cancellation here. Once your request has been confirmed the system will change your order status from "Awaiting Payment" to "Refund" and then "Cancelled".
* The "Refund" status will appear by system function only. In this case it isn't relationed with any money refund.
